INTERNATIONAL RAMADAN BAZAAR AT SWISS-GARDEN HOTEL & RESIDENCES KUALA LUMPUR

Savor the holy month with your beloved family and friends at Flavors Restaurant, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur. Our master chef has prepared an extravagant spread of over 150 authentic Malay and international cuisine to tantalize your taste buds.

Begin your “Buka Puasa” experience by sampling some of the healthy salads and mouth-watering appetizers such as Kerabu Kobis, Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Nangka Muda, Buah Jeruk, Acar Buah Sri Rampai, Sup Soto Ayam.

For a hearty main course, the signature Roasted Whole Lamb Arabic Style with Hummus Dips is a must-have and available nightly. You can also feast on Salmon Fish Head Curry, Thai Green Curry Chicken, Ikan Siakap Masam Manis, Beef Panaeng, Daging Goreng Bercili, Peparu Goreng Bercili, Rendang Daging Tuk, Bubur Lambuk and many more.

For a modern twist, choose from Cauliflower a la Polonaise, Prawn Lasagne, Baked Chicken with Capsicum Salsa or Mussel & Crab Bouillabaisse to zest up your palate. In addition, the “a la minute stalls” feature an interesting array of perennial favourites from Roti  Canai,  Murtabak, Asam Laksa, Seafood Tom Yam, Chicken Rice, Popiah, Pasembur, Assorted Tempura, Satay and Grilled Seafood, just to name a few, are ma-de to order.

Indulge in an array of sweets from the desserts counter offering assorted Malay kuih like apam gula hangus, Kuih Bahulu, Tempeyek, Tapai Ubi, Tapai Pulut, Bubur Sagu & Keledek, pengat nangka, Macadamia Nut Brownie, Pandan Layer Cake, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Cream Caramel, Caramelized Banana Tart and more.

The International Ramadan Bazaar is priced at RM70++ per adult and RM35++ per child or senior citizen for the 1st and 4th week; RM80++ per adult and RM40++ child or senior citizen for the 2nd and 3rd week. The bazaar is available from 10 July – 7 Aug 2013, 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm at Flavors Restaurant.
