PLOY HOSTS A FEAST OF GOOD WINE AND FOOD

May 31, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Gourmands and food aficionados know how important it is to pair the appropriate beverage with their meals. The right combination of wine to the food makes all the difference between a satisfactory meal and an unforgettable one.

At only RM 168++ per person, Ploy is offering a one-night only “Wine & Dine” dinner feast to be held on the 4th of June, 2013, where diners will be exposed to the unique flavour combinations of specially chosen Stanley Estate wines imported from New Zealand paired together with a specially crafted banquet of Ploy’s finest. Diners are invited to savour the delectable appetizer, Goat’s Cheese Puff with Wild Rocket & Truffle Oil, a decadent start to their gastronomic journey; followed by Spicy Angle Hair Corn Beef which is essentially corned beef flown straight from Brazil lovingly intermingled with olive oil, chilli and angel hair pasta to deliver Ploy’s own unique twist on a traditional “Aglio Olio” dish. Diners then continue their gastronomical journey with a fragrant lemongrass infused chicken breast fillet grilled to perfection and served with a charming little package of onigiri omelette rice. This customized banquet is then topped off with a slice of Oreo Cheesecake that is sure to delight dessert-lovers.

Ploy’s trained waitstaff and their intimate knowledge of wines will help diners find that perfect pairing. Thanks to Ploy’s extensive collection of Stanley Estate wines, diners can choose from a range of pure, premium selection from the 2012 Sauvignon Blanc, 2012 Pinot Noir Gris and 2010 Pinot Noir to the 2011 Albarino to accompany their memorable feast.

For more information on Ploy’s “Wine & Dine” Dinner Feast, kindly contact Ploy at Work@Clearwater, Damansara Heights at 03 2095 0999, email [email protected] or log on to www.ploywithyourfood.com / www.facebook.com/ploywithyourfood.
