GASTRO CUISINE AT PEARL INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

May 30, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Month of June onwards, Pearl International Hotel brings you an experience of exclusive wine and food pairing through our delectable ” Gastro-Cuisine Wine & Dine” Promotion.

-‘Amuse Bouche’ –

Opening up and appetizing your ‘senses & palates’ is a special starter- concoction of  ‘amuse bouche’ comprising  Cherry Tomato Cheese, Prawn with Kiwi Fruit Cocktail and Crabstick Egg Rolls.

As you down in your first glass of well-chilled Sauvignon Blanc, let the sparkling zesty aroma and rich fruity flavour of the wine blends in with the appetizers, getting you ready for your next course – the rich creamy Pumpkin and Asparagus Cream Soup.

Served with soft rolls and a sizeable portion of  Grilled Scallop floating in the soup – be ‘ bon appetit ‘ and enjoy the freshness of mineral-rich pumpkin puree and asparagus , as you continue to sip the chilled white wine.

Choose between a choice of , either Poached Chicken Roulade with Spinach & Cheese on Potatoes, Asparagus and carrots in aroma-rich mushroom gravy………

or the Grilled Salmon Steak Fillet with Potatoes, Asparagus and Carrots top up with Citrusy & Tangy Cream Sauce , for your main course……but whatever you have chosen, you will want to come back a second time to try out the other.

As you now moved on from the white wine to the very opulent and flavorsome red wine of Cabernet  Merlot, savour every drop of this beautiful red wine with your main course and toast to an evening of  delectable food and wine journey , paired only for very discerning culinary lover like you.

As the evening of gastronomic food enjoyment comes to an end, down in some sweet memory with Chef’s Special creation of Mango Cheese Cake with Wild Berries.

Warm up your day’s fulfillment with our coffee or tea served readily hot from the pot, complimentary on the house.
