April 8, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently hosted a heartfelt charity dinner for 18 children aged between five to sixteen from the welfare school of Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampung Nyior, Paka, Dungun, Terengganu attended by the Seri Pacific Hotel Managemnet on Thursday, 4th April 2013 at Bilik Dahlia.

The evening began with a warm welcome to the children upon arrival by the hotel’s management team to which they were then gracefully ushered to the function room for a wonderfully prepared dinner. These young VIPs of the day was feted with a host of sumptuous dishes such as ayam panggang madu, daging gulai kawah, ikan merah asam manis, sup ayam berempah and other mouth-watering items.

During the dinner, the children from the school entertained invited guests with a few number of songs. A magician took the crowd by surprise when he managed to entertain the children. The event was concluded with the distribution of goodie bags to the children, parents and teachers. The children who were accompanied by some teachers and parents were on an educational trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The Director of Sales & Marketing of the hotel, Mr. Zakariya Musa, expressed that, “there is always some kind of special excitement and satisfaction in giving especially when it is to the needy and Seri Pacific Hotel take pride in this as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.” It was indeed a very pleasant and memorable event.
