March 11, 2013 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

This Easter, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur is offering an Easter Jazz Brunch at its all-day dining restaurant, Eccucino. The brunch includes exciting activities for the children such as a special appearance by the vivacious Easter Bunny, creative egg painting and sand art.  During brunch, enjoy live jazz music by its resident band, Soul Intent. Listen to the harmonious and lively jazz rendition by Soul Intent’s vocalist, Ms Ova.

For brunch, traditional Easter and springtime dishes will be served with a special buffet corner for children. Start your meal with a vast choice of appetizers and salads such as Smoked duck breast with orange and basil and Tuna Nicoise. One must not miss to try out the Seafood on ice, mouth-watering Steamed prawns, Salmon gravlax and Oysters with dips and condiments.

The buffet features a wide variety of cuisine from hot Asian dishes to hot Western dishes and special carvings.  Savor the local specialties at the Asian corner featuring Inchi-kabin (Nyonya-style fried chicken), Wok-fried prawns with buttered oats and Lamb masala. From the hot Western delights, enjoy the Herb-steamed salmon with creamy miso emulsion and fava bean salsa, Soy and honey-glazed beef and Pan-fried crabcakes with corn and black bean salsa, smoked chile and mustard dill dips. The carving corner is one of the main highlights of the Easter Brunch.  One will find a whole roasted lamb on briyani rice, spring vegetables with herb butter and croutons, and Roasted potatoes with paprika and lemon. For the sweet tooth, head over to the dessert corner to indulge in the Mousse platter, assorted French pastries, a chocolate fountain and more!

Easter Jazz Brunch at Eccucino is available on 31 March 2013, from 12.00noon to 3:00pm. The brunch buffet is priced at only RM88++ per adult and RM44+ for children aged between 7 to 12 years old.
