SAY “TI AMO” THIS VALENTINE DAY AT TERAZZA BRASSERIE, GRAND DORSETT SUBANG

February 9, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

– The Table Setting-

Valentine day is indeed a special day for the couples to celebrate their lovely moments together romantically. The restaurant and hotels does not have celebrations to welcome the special day with the roses and hearts all together to welcome the special day. In Grand Dorsett, you may have a Valentine Day together with your loves one with either in the Chinese Style or even with the western style.

We started off with the indulging appetizers where the salmon fish is being smoked and wrapped with the rose shape. It is then being served together with the Honey Mustard Dressing and Feta Cheese. In the middle, it is being decorated with the heart watermelon and in between it is being served with the Feta cheese which well blends together with the sweetness of the watermelon with it due to the saltiness of the Cheese. Not only that, they also served together with the pai tee of salad together with it as well.

Next we had the savory hot soup which is the Roasted Tomato Basil Oil Soup which comes with the refreshing tomato taste and it is well mixed together with the Herbs bread rolls with butter and seaweed. The taste of the soup brings a combination of light soury as well as salty which is a great blend together with the Feta Cheese.

We are also being served with the beautiful appetizer which is the sorbet. The sorbet is served ontop of a crafted ice with the love shape and a rose with it. Not only that, they had also put the LED light below which creates a romantic yet beautiful combination. I am completely falling in love with it and the sorbet which is served comes with the light soury cooling taste.

After the savory orange appetizers, we went for the mains next which is amazingly good and delicious. The guys are being tempted with the heavy main though which is the Oven Baked Rack of Lamb which are being glazed with the Apricot as well as Fig Confit. It is being served together with the delicious teppanyaki style of wild mushroom as well as potato ragout and sage with the tempura asparagus fitters. The dish is simply good and beautiful decorated and the lamb is well prepared with the juicy and tender texture.

As for the girls, you may have the pan fried sea bass fillet which is being served with the Balsamic Drizzle. It is also being served together with the three color sweet potato mash which is amazingly good where you can get 3 different of potato mash which is being served like the sweet potato, yam with the mix of potato, and the normal potato. The sea bass is fresh and you can get to taste the sweetness of the fish. It is topped with the Avacado Tomato Salsam and the green pepper corn foam with it.

And here, we ended our meals with a lovely dessert which is served in pinky. The delight is being served with the pinky creamy macaroon with raspberry fruits. The dessert brings a light soury as well as sweet delight.

Time: 6:30pm to 10:30pm
Price: From RM260.00++ per couple inclusive of 2 glasses of sparkling wine or your choice of freshly squeezed fruit juice and a stalk of lovely rose for the ladies.
