Valentine Day is just in the corner and during the both Chinese New Year and Valentine day is just a few days apart, why not treat your beloved ones with the Chinese Valentine Cuisine from The Emperor this year.
Emperor had crafted a meal for both with the Chinese Cuisine to welcome the Valentine Day with the combination of the appetizers. Started with the appetizers where chef had crafted the four seafood combination which is not to be missed. There goes the scrumptious and delighting appetizer which is theChilled Smoked Salmon with Apple Sauce (冻三文鱼蘋果酱), Deep-Fried Fresh Soft Crab with Spice Powder (椒盐焗軟殼蟹), Stir-Fried Scallop with Capsicum and Topped Dry Scallop (大椒炒鲜带子) and the Wok-Fried Peeled Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk and Japan Seaweed (咸旦虾球).
Next in line will be the soup which is a refreshing soup which is boiled for hours which is the Double-Boiled Phoenix Consommé with Fish Maw and Wild Bamboo Pith (清湯竹笙炖花膠)
As for the main course, the chef also presented the lovely combination of meals for the lovers Baked Fresh Water Prawn with Homemade Mayonnaise and Golden Garlic Combine with Stir-Fried Crystal Noodle with Chicken Shredded and Ordinary Extra Sauce (蒜茸焗大生虾拼香炒水晶面)
The meal is ended with the sweet delights by the chef which is Chilled Avocado Puree Cream with Royal Black Jelly and Topped Vanilla Ice Cream ( 牛油果露拼雪糕龟灵膏)
