NEXT STOP, IOI MALL PUCHONG

January 26, 2013 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 3 Comments

We are in IOI Mall and it is nothing special about the mall as we are there to get some baby stuff. There is nothing much to walk and shop. So, as we move around,we headed to the shop by the name of Next Stop at IOI Mall. The restaurant is simply packed with people and looking at the menu, there is a variety of dishes they served. They do have desserts and rice set.

Sweet & Sour Fish rice is one of our order. The sauce is plentiful and the fish is being deep fried and topped with th sweet and sour sauce. The dish is quite good in its taste except the rice is slightly hard.
Taste : 3/5
Price: RM 9.90

Thai Style Chicken Rice is another order. The chicken meat is being deep fried and then it is topped with the thai sauce. Nothing special to shout about on the Thai Style Chicken Rice which is just a normal dish.
Taste : 3/5
Price: RM 8.90

Address:
G19C1 & G19C2 , Ground Floor,
IOI Mall, Bandar Puchong Jaya,
9th Mile off Jalan Puchong,
47100 Puchong, Selangor.

I was actually going to have my meal here with my family but the staff’s stupid attitude really pisses me off and even caused me losing my appetite completely on dining here.

The restaurant is really narrow with all the dining tables and it’s packed. We brought a baby stroller in and a foreign water who has food on his hands was behind my sister when they tried to locate the baby stroller near to the wall as not to block the only way walking and it took some time but not more than 30 seconds I’m sure. I was around clearly watching what pity actions the foreign worker was doing. He was standing there with a completely unhappy face. When we sat down, he glared at me and my sister in an offensive and very uncomfortable way when he passed by. Then, for the second time, this unprofessional waiter was rolling his eyes on me and I swear I’m not misunderstanding anything.
We then decided to leave the restaurant as the worker’s attitude was the worst I’ve ever seen and I’m not even kidding. We wanted to meet the manager but then we were told that he was not around. I’m sure this is not the first time you’ve been receiving complaints about your staff’s unprofessional service since there and so many reviews related on these.

PLEASE take some action on their service attitude or else the restaurant will just get worse with your staffs who has no quality. I don’t know about the food’s taste but the service really did pissed us off. These are our sincere opinions and I hope you’ll take it seriously. Thank you and will not be visiting again.
