RESTAURANT GOU LOU, DAMANSARA UTAMA

Restorant Gou Lou recently opened in Damansara Utama which is just next to the Bizzy Body Slimming Centre. The main highlight is the Fish Head Noodles and Tom Yam Seafood Noodles which is available in their shop daily . It is said that the owner has over 20 years of cooking experience and the ingredients are freshly prepared. Being a fish lover, we dropped by for our breakfast as you can see their staff frying the fish behind the kitchen.We had our seats and made and order of the Fish Head Noodles. It was to our surprise that the waiter takes the order by palm top.

– The Fish Head Bihun-

Here comes our fish head noodles. The fish head noodles smells lovely with the silky noodles in milky soup. The milky soup was rich, sweet and aromatic. Besides, it is being served with generous chunks of crispy fried fish, preserved vegetables and tomatoes together in it. I could also tasted the nice pungent taste of the rice wine in it and we really love it so much. I will come back to try others again.

Besides the fish head noodles, we also had the fish cake with is freshly done at the back of the kitchen. It is served piping hot and burn our lips. As for the fish cake, it is home made with the tender fish meat as well as the taste is really good and chewy.

    I recently tried a really awesome fish head noodle in damansara too…that triggered my ‘fish head noodle’ adventure…LOL…I’m gonna go try this too.. Looks good.
