A GREENER CHRISTMAS WITH UTARA CAFÉ,ARMADA HOTEL

In this upcoming Christmas, everything seems to be beautiful and it is time for family togetherness, joyful celebrations as well as good food and merriment. This year, Armada Hotel had their delicious Christmas spread in Armada Petaling Jaya and they are going green as well for this Christmas.

The dining for this Christmas is simply good with all the superb delights with griends and family over an incredible Buffet Dinner Spread at Utara Coffee House. It is indeed a wide spread of buffet to dine with at Armada Hotel which is not to be missed. In here there are plenty of delights to choose for from salad, mains as well as appetizers.

Utara Café had started with the varieties of bread for you to ssample in the Christmas. Hot baked from the oven, there are a variety of breads which is not to be missed.

If you prefer some soup, thick and creamy soup is available and we tried the Bouston Oyster Bisque which give a flavorful taste of the soup which is warming up the tummy before you heads for more goodie foodies.

Sushis and sashimi are also available at the buffet spread. They have the salmon and tuna as well to be served and a variety of sushis as well. Not only that, there is a variety of makis which you can find in the buffet.

Seafood on the Ice is not to be missed in buffet.Scrumptious fresh oyster is one of the highlights too in the buffet.

Christmas would not be complete without a turkey. The buffet spread are filled with plentiful of delights and we have sampled some of it as well. Broccoli with Turkey Ham Sauce, Christmas Fried Rice, Roast Duck with Apple Sauce, Pan seared Lamb with Garlic Soubise, Charbroiled Chicken with Red Pepper Coulis, Mussel Florentine, and Louisiana Pumpkin Pie to mention a few is some of the highlights of the main which is being served too.

To top off the traditional meal, indulge in dessert favourites such as Christmas Pudding with Custard Sauce or even a Classic Yule Log Cake. Everything is so lovely with the delighting scrumptious food from Utara Café, Armada Hotel.
