FRENCH HI-TEA BUFFET AT COSMO LOUNGE, HILTON KL

Girls will never resist this. I am also one of them who loves and passionate on the delectable desserts and pasteries. This round, we are in Hilton KL to sample their luxurious French High Tea which featured a lavish selection of crepes, pasteries, cakes and macarons.The restaurant located at the Cosmo Lounge where it is located just opposite KL Central where it delivers a 5 star luxury in an unbeatable location with easy accessibility to the inconic Petronas Twin Tower, key shopping and entertainment district.

– The environment-

– Mille Feuille-

The buffet is having a variety of selection of wonderful sweet delights like Hazelnut Cream Eclairs, Mille Feuille, Crème Brulee Pistachio, Almond Meringue, Apple Tart Tatin, Praline Cream Cake and may more. The delights brings me with the delecteable blend which it is simply impressive which had make me feel like tasting everything round the buffet.

– The spread of breads & cheese-

– Choices of Bread-

Next coming will be the choices of branded cheese as well as breads to be serve together is also available. For cheese lover, you will sure falling in love with the scrumptious cheese which is being served.

Smoked salmon and creme fraiche with caviar is something whcih captured salmon lovers as well with the fresh juicy made salmon. The delight is simply tentalizing my taste buds which we love to grab more of it. It comes with the savoury fillings which filled my tummy to the fullest as well.

– Crepe Suzzete –

– How the Crepe Suzzete is prepared-

More to come in of the selection of Crepe Sarasin ala minute with tifferent savorite fillings include the Tomato Mozzarella with Pesto Sauce and Wild Sauteed Mushroom. If you prefer something classic, enjoy the caramelized orange tangerine sauce done to perfection for the Crepe Suzzete.

Other savory which is available includes the delectable traditional French favorites like Smoked Duck Rillete ala Crouton, Chicken Terrine in Sage Jelly and even more.

– The Macarons-

Here comes my favorite sweet bites where there are a wide variety of macarons available with different flavors with it such as lavender, pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate and many more. The treats had made my tummy drolling and I am just simply fall in love with impressively delicate sweet treats.

I love the mini cakes which is well made and not too sweet. The cakes is not too heavy as well and I had a few rounds of trying the delicious luxurious French delights. How could you say no for all these?

Not just that, I am just the chocolate lover and they have a beautiful chocolate fountain for me to dip my favorites fruits in it. Lovely one indeed.

They also have a choices over 25 types of Ronnefeldt tea in the spread of buffet as well. There is more to choose from for the infusing lovely tea delights where you can have arl Grey, Black Assam, Orange Pekoe, Lapsang and even more.

– The Bollinger Rose Champagne-

– A cuppa of champagne for my lazy afternoon-

If you love to grab some champagne, you may try their Bollinger champagne is also available, at an additional cost. If you are dining with the buffet, you may enjoy the champagne at RM 465++ per bottle (NP: RM 560++)

The French Hi-Tea is available on Saturday and Sunday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm at RM109++ per person. Hilton Premier Club Cardholders enjoy discounts of 20% of total food bill, CIMB World MasterCard, Visa Infinite and Visa Signature, CIMB Platinum, Gold and Classic Cardholders are entitled to a 15% discount off total food bill.
