SI CHUAN DOU HUA, PARKROYAL HOTEL

September 15, 2012 by StrawberrY Gal

Si Chuan Dou Hua brings together the four streams of gourmet, culture, tea and tradition, to present a multi-dimensional dining experience that is second to none. Authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine is matched with premium Chinese tea brewed to perfection by expert tea master, coupled with skilful tea-pouring displays from their long-nosed bronze kettles. I am loving the environment of the restaurant where they are sanctuaries where people come together to share ideas and relax in a quiet environment.

– The Oriental Fried Rice-

We had the Oriental Fried Rice which is well stir fried with the scrumptious ingridients with it. The fried rice is well fried with the minced chicken chinese sausages, eggs, as well as prawns with it. The ingridients is scrumptious and what I love about it is the rice is not too dry nor too wet in the texture. The portion is a big one too and it is definitely a good choice for sharing.
Price:RM 38.00

Stir fried french beans with minced garlics well stir fried and the french beans are crispy as well. I am just loving the crispy texture of the french beans which is being served with it.
Price: RM 28 (Small)/ RM 38 ( Medium)

Another lovely meals which we loved is the Diced chicken with dried chili & cashewnut where the portion is not too big and the chicken meat is well stir fried giving a tender and light spiciness taste of it. The delights is amazlingly done with the creative blend of the crispy chewnuts with it.
Price: RM 30

– Dou Hua with Wolberry Syrups-

We ended our meals with 2 different types of Dou Hua. Their homemade bean curd is extremlt soft and smooth where it melts in the mouth so quickly and what I love the most is it is sevred with the healthy wolfberry sugar syrups on it.
Price: RM 8.00

If you love something special with it, you may opt for the spicy Ma Lat Dou Hua which is my first time trying it. The spicy and yet a delights to be addicted to it too.
Price: RM 8.00
