CASAHANA MOONCAKE 2012

Is all about mooncake for this month. Casahana being one of the famous mooncake reseller in Malaysia is also having a special mooncake this year. This year Casahana has its new sets of mooncakes which is something different for this year.

– The Fiercy Phoenix-

Fiery Phoenix mooncake, a new Mid-Autumn sensation concocted by CASAHANA is one of the speciality of this year. The mooncakes does not bring much sweetness but it brings us the excitements of spicy blend. The mooncake is garnished with toasted black and white sesame seeds on the Cantonese skin is indeed bringing us a special blend and it really a good choice for spicy lover or someone who love to have something different this year.

– Night Symphony-

Night Symphony is a delights which is a milder blend where the black, charcoal bake skin seems to be lovely. The delights comes with the ubtle aromatic flavour of Uji green tea paired with white chocolate to create a heavenly indulgence while basking in the autumn splendor.

– Tropical Tango-

Tropical Tango is a new delihts where the outh-watering fruits wrapped in the fragrant lemongrass paste. Combining blueberries, cranberries, apricot and crystal ginger, you won’t be able to resist the fruity gastronomy that will sure zest up your appetite.

– Egg Yolk Lotus Paste Mooncake-

Not to forget, the classical delights we had which is the Pure Lotus with 1 Egg Yolk where the delights is not too sweet with the golden yellow egg yolk with it.
