CANTON KITCHEN, PRIMA SRI GOMBAK

June 25, 2012 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 4 Comments

Canton Kitchen is one of the place I had my early dinner not long ago. The restaurant is indeed a place where you may enjoy fresh vegetables which is produced from Bukit Tinggi. Aside, you may purchase the vegetables as well as the local products from there. It is indeed a great place to dine there and the shop do sells a lot of the local products as well. The restaurant ambience was great and the walls are painted in green too.

I ordered the fried tang hoon which taste good. The tanghoon is well fried with a great “wok hei” there and topped with the pieces of “lap cheong” which makes it even nicer. It is indeed well fried.
Taste: 4/5
Price: 6.90

Next we have the Shrimp fried rice which was good too. The portion is really generous and the generous amount of shrimps with it. The shrimps taste fresh and good as well.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 6.90

We have the Steam bihun with Ginger Paste Chicken which is full of the aroma of the Ginger taste. The bihun is soft and well combined with the chicken. This is indeed one of the recomendation by the chef too.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 8.90

Lemon Chicken rice is nothing much to shout out where the chicken is being deep fried and being topped with the lemon sauce with it.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 7.90

Overall the food is average. The order taker heard the wrong dish and tried to put the blame on the guest. Worms were found in the dishes same goes to hair (extracted from facebook). The once and for all experience. No next visit.
