RESTAURANT EST, SUNWAY PRIMA

October 18, 2011 by StrawberrY Gal

The brand new restaurant located at Sunway Prima had attracted me to have my recent visit for the fish head noodles. The shop located strategicly along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah as well as located around the factory area had made the restaurant packed with people during the lunch time

The famous Siang Ho Fish Head Bee Hoon stall uses only local fish freshly caught from the sea, such as the bass & Grouper. The fresh fish fillet is gently deep-fried to give it a crispy texture. It is then sprinkle with chopped green onions and garnish with sauté garlic.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 5.90

We also ordered the Seafood Bihun which is very nice as well. The seafood sweetness as well as the freshness of the seafood made the overall meal very nice and delicious.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 9.00

Another is the Taiwan Sausage. The Taiwan Sausage here is also well made where the sausage meat is slightly sweeter. The way it is made is nice and the texture is really nice.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 3.00

We also made an order of the Steam Chicken as well as Lo Bak which is from the same stall. The steamed chicken is meat is simply tender and the loh bak is also well made. The portion is kinda big as well.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 9.00

The Singapore Bihun is not bad In taste. It is served with some prawns, meat and vegetables.
Taste: 2/5
Price: RM 4.00

We also ordered the curry fish as well. The curry fish is a style of lemak as well as the taste is kinda salty. The fish is also fresh and the meat is sweet as well
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 25.00
