IMPROMPTU, MENARA HAP SENG, KL

Impromptu is a restaurant which is located in Menara Hap Seng. How the names come about. The adjective of the name Impromptu comes with the meaning of premium handmade pasta as well as freshly baked pastries and breads. It is a nice place of having dining with fair place as well as a good and nice environment.

– The Inside View-

Crab cake Burger is a dish which is well prepared and indeed a special dish. Most of the time, we heard that the serving of fish burger, chicken burger and pork burger and now we are trying the Crab Burger. The crab burger is made of two types of crabs and other ingredients. The crab meat is mix with other ingredients and deep fried till crispiness and golden brown. It is then topped with a chili – mayonnaise sauce which is appetizing.

Grilled Chicken Pesto is where the chicken meat is well marinated and being grilled to perfectionist. Then, it is being served with home-made basil pesto. The home made herbed pasta is well made with a nice smells of herbs and the basil pesto sauce makes the perfect dish to taste.

Curried Soft Shell crab is another choice of pasta you can have here. Designated to seafood lovers, the soft shell crab is being served in tempura style and being served with curry paste as well as curry leaves to the creamy cabonara style sauce. Aside, the crab is well deep fried till its crispiness. The fusion delights is a dish which really suits seafood lovers.

Tandoori Chicken is another Italian cuisine which is being served in Impromptu. The dish is served with the marinara sauce which is the combination of tomatoes, garlic, onions as well as a slight lemon juice. As for the Tandoori chicken, it is well cooked with the spices. The dish is real delighting and a great combination with the Tandoori Chicken.

Impromptu Lamb-Burger is where the lamb meat patty is served with homemade bun which is toasted with garlic butter spread. The lamb burger is well made and simply juicy. The taste of lamb is not too greasy. With the sweet mango chutney which added with the lamb patty, it makes the meal even more delicious and juicy.
