Another HK-styled restaurant, Prince Cafe (太子) is usually packed during lunch time and business here was good.The environment is pretty cool though with indoor and outdoor eating place.
We ordered the Beef Diced Rice which is quite a big portion. The fried rice is served with diced beef and a generous portion of it. The taste is slightly salty as well but beef is kinda tender.

White Fungus, Longan with Red dates is indeed nothing special but I felt is very very sweet.
