RESTAURANT SUN YUAN LOONG WHITE COFFEE, IPOH

April 19, 2011 by StrawberrY Gal

Sun Yuan Loong White Coffee is my visit fr my trip to Ipoh. The restaurant is real packed during morning and we can see many people looking for a place to sit and you perhaps hardly found a place to sit.

Lets see what they have there. It is said a MUST to order is their white coffee where the original white coffee comes from and some say is SUN YUAN FOONG. The coffee is not bad in taste but tnot much fragrance of coffee but its still nice. You can choose to mix tea and coffee also.
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 1.50

Dry “Prawn Mee” indeed a new things I can taste here. Dry version.. hmmm.. This is where the noodles is a mix of soy sauce, and prawn noodle broth. Its more like combination of prawn mee as well as soya mee.
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 3.00

We also ordered the Curry Mee and the Yong tau fu from the same stall. The curry mee is well made with the authentic and heavy coconut milk combination. It is spicy as well but I love it a lot.
Taste: 4/5
Price; RM 2.50

The Yong Tau Fu is also a nice one. The ingridients are many and it is freshly made. The portion is good enough for 3 person to share.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 5.00

The ala-Ipoh style chee cheung fan is said to be very nice. The noodles is smooth which makes is a great one to taste. It is silky as well as you just slurrpp to your mouth. Serves with green chilli
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM2.50

Koay teow Soup is also our order of the day. Not much comment on this as it is as the same normal style of Ipoh Koay Teow Soup
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM3.50

Toast bread is one of the famous and a MUST to have. The tender and fluffy bread and well toasted. It also have lots of kaya inside with butter which the kaya smells and taste nice.
Taste: 5/5
Price: RM 1.60
