TEPPANYAKI, 1-UTAMA

July 20, 2010 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 3 Comments

Teppanyaki has many branches in Selangor, KL and many more. This time, we headed to one of the branches which are located 1-Utama. It is much a good dine here where you may head for different type of mall food.
Teppanyaki here is my first visit after the not so good visit in Ikea. This time, we went for this one here is 1-Utama. I can say though is a franchise outlet but taste may differ from outlet to outlet I believe. Cooking style maybe different this had an impact on food.

The chicken Teppanyaki here is well cooked as the chicken meat is fresh. The cook is quite professional on its cooking and he serves us well. Vegetables are also nice and delighting as what we expects too.. Not to expects on the superb cooking we had in Sg Wang but we only hope for the freshness of the food compare to the one in Pavillion
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 9.50

Cuttlefish Yaki is nice as well. The portion was quite big and the cuttlefish not overcooked. The taste is nice and a thumbs up.
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 10.50

The Ghoza is a bit of disappointment which there is not much meat inside and is a bit too soft and non-crunchy. Em.. by paying a cheap price for the Ghoza, I think I could not give much a big portion and many ingredients. Haha.
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 3.90
Food Type: Halal
Payment Terms: Cash & Credit Card ( Credit Card Payment above RM 50)

Address:
LG327, LOWER GROUND FLOOR,
1-UTAMA SHOPPING CENTRE
PHRASE 2.
BANDAR UTAMA,
47800 PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

I had ordered for tempura set at your brabch in Summit USJ on the 25/1/13.Your workers were wearing slippers and were not courteous.Worse of all the tempura was fried with normal flour and was so hard. The vege was so tiny inside but the flour layer was so thick and haqrd like a malay kuih.I had ask for soyu and wasabe several times.
I will never enter another branch of your outlet any longer and i will also advise my friends to patronise your outlets.
I have been a regular with my family from the early days and after my posting outstation for last 2 years i came back to USj and ewas looking forward to a nice dinner treat but everything fell apart when i took my first bite !

I also noticed a customer leaving behind almost the whole meal and went off.

I hope you can look into my cpmplaint and give me an explanation for the reaso for such a detorioration in your quality which me and my family use to enjoy those days.
