Fu San Dim Sum is no longer a new thing in the world of dim sum. The dim sum shop had grown big in Ipoh and it is said to be A MUST to try food when you are in Ipoh. This time, my visit back to Fu San Dim Sum after a few months had give me a disappointment.
The shop is bigger, more sitting places but yet it is always full house. There is not much things you can eat anymore as the rolling of food is slow as you need to wait quite a long time to get the food you want on the table. As waiting time is too long, we din manage to get a try of many food.And that’s another disappointment.
Food taste had been down graded already. The food is no longer served extreme hot but simply warm only. Taste bids wise is a slightly down graded as well as the food does not taste much tasty compared to the past. The food here is much more expensive as perhaps we are paying not only food but the environment. Overall, the taste is not much as nice as last time.. Haiz
