Penang Dinner Taste @ Cempaka village

January 7, 2010 by StrawberrY Gal

Cempaka Village is one of the place which serves authentic Penang cuisine. The place serves pastries and Penang food like asam laksa, penang prawn mee and more.

Lets see what I had ordered. As for me, I ordered the prawn mee. The prawn mee is not bad but comparable with Penang is still having something less some where. Taste wise is still acceptable.

Dear ordered the otak otak rice. The otak otak rice is not bad in taste. It is kinda a special meal indeed .

Lastly, I ordered the chendol. Though is not as authentic like the one in Penang, but it is ok lo if not too comparable. The chendol taste wise is so so ..and not too sweet. Overall the meal is not bad.

Taste:
Prawn Mee: 3/5
Otak Otak Rice: 3/5
Chendol: 3/5

Price:
Prawn Mee: RM 4.50
Otak Otak Rice: RM 4.80
Chendol: RM 2.80

Address:
Cempaka Village
D-G-31, Jalan PJU 1/45,
Aman Suria
Tel: 03-7880 8891
