LAURA & DADDY’S SWEET TOUCH BAKERY & BAKING CLASS AT DENAI ALAM, SHAH ALAM

Laura & Daddy was founded in year 2010 by Chef Harry and his wife Ayunie. Their business was began with the launched of Hari Raya cookies under the brand Molek Cookies, then macaroons under the other brand called Laura Macarons. After some times, with the continuously great support from a group of loyal fans, Chef Harry decided to expand his business and opened up Laura & Daddy’s Sweet Touch in Denai Alam, Shah Alam. Being the head baker himself, the specialties at Laura & Daddy are Red Velvet, Rainbow Cake and Macaroons. A lot of his creations were complimented by few celebrity chefs including Dato Chef Wan and Chef Jaafar Onn.

Laura & Daddy had a wide exposure through several of media and publication, including TV9, RTM1, SME T, Inspirasi Perkahwinan, Yezz magazine, and RASA magazine with 8 pages of featured story. Chef Harry recently had been invited to the HALFEST 2012 to present the cake demonstration along with Chef Norman Musa from Ning Restaurant at United Kingdom.

“There’s something sweet to remember on your BIG day. Our wedding cakes are specially made to make sure you have the sweetest day of your life. Beside wedding cakes and favors, we also cater for birthday, party, corporate events and special orders.

There are lots to choose from, including Rainbow Cake, Tiramisu, Red Velvet, Pecan Caramel Butterscotch Cake, Chocolate Moist, Chocolate Indulgence, Monte Carlo Heavenly Choc, Macaroons, Pavlova, Cupcakes, Cake In Jar, Decorated Cookies, Pop Cake, Push Up Cake, and etc.” Products from Laura & Daddy are made of HALAL ingredients, pure butter from New Zealand or Australia, imported cocoa, grade A eggs, and no preservatives are used.
