Hana Japanese Dining Open Their 2nd Outlet in IPC bringing you with new dishes and concept

January 2, 2018 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

One of my favourite place to grab my Japanese food is of course Hana Japanese Dining. And recently, they opened their 2nd outlet here in Ikano Power Centre featuring you with a new concept. And this recent outlet is different from their another outlet in Sunway.

In this outlet; they comes with 3 sections where one can choose to sit in the sushi counter and experience and look how the chef serves your awesomelicious food. Take a break, chat with the chef, and enjoy some time sitting by the sushi counter and get your meals served. It is just a perfect amazing experience and we understand on how the chef prepares their food to us.

Love some cosy experience, they have their main dining place that cater for you, Sit down and relax with the great ambience with the tip top service by the servers.

If you love to have some wine, beer or even sake with some smoke; opt for the al-fesco area that brings you with the different experience. Overlooking the busy streets of Ikano, one can actually enjoy their beer, wine or even sake with food here.

We started our meal here with their new menu. One of the highlight is of course the Engawa maki which is the signature here.  The engawa maki (RM 50) comes awesomely good with the signature roast flounder’s fin roll is topped with the awesomelicious teriyaki sauce. Enjoy the moist juicy fish which perfectly melts in your mouth.

Love to grab the spicy sensation, go for the Red Rock Maki (RM 38). Assured yourself with the light bursting hint of spiciness but yet addictive. The tempura prawn roll is simply topped wit the baked craw-fish salad is just addictive.

Umaki (RM 15) is family’s favourite dish. The egg base dish where this seasonal omelette roll comes with the roasted eel and dashi sauce. Simple and yet appetising.

We also tried a wide range of the Tapas here where they have Daikon Foie Gras (RM 45), Salmon Carpaccio (RM 30), Kanpachi Carpaccio (RM 36) and also the Tenshi Ebi (RM 30). The Salmon Carpaccio is simply delicious with well infused flavours and the freshness of the ingredients makes the whole dish even more appetising.

Asides from sushi and tapas, Hana Dining also offers a wide range selection of the Kushiyaki. This dish is simply one of my favorites and grilled items is popular in Japan as they are not just deliciously eaten just the way it is but pairing them with beer or sake makes it your best friend for sure. And in Hana, you can enjoy the wide choices of kushiyaki from premium items like Ribeye, Erigini, Tri-Kawa, Tsujune, Negima, Salmon Toro, Shitake, and many more.

Not just that, they also have a wide variety appetizers and meals for you to order as well. For light eaters; they have a variety choices of bites to go for. For me, I am actually falling in love with the Tsuke Nagaimo (RM 10) where the Japanese Yam is being marinated with the ponzu citrus sauce. The dish is perfectly appetizing with the light sour taste in it.

Another favorites of mine is of course The Soft Shell Crab Salad where they brings ou with the crunchy bites and the moist texture in the inside. Nice one!

Tofu Yamakake Niniku

Torikatsu Tororo

Chicken Karaage

Tofu Yamakake Niniku, Torikatsu Tororo and Chicken Karaage are some of the highlights here as well. Enjoy the crunchy bites of the katsu and chicken karrage here.

It is always a great pleasure to enjoy some shabu shabu after a whole day of work. The Beef KimChi Nabe brings you with flavourful taste of brooth together with the freshly cutted beef. Dipped your beef to the pipping hot soup and you will definite to get a delicious bites of beef and also the tummy – warming soup.

Not forgotten is of course their Mini Don. The mini don is for those who are small eater or those who would love to try more variety. The portion are small, and you can choose 3 mini dons at RM 50.  Choices includes Gindara Mentaiko, Negitoro, Hotate Aburi, Bara Chiraishi, Engawa, Wagyu Don, Ikura To Tobiko and Unadon. Sides with the miso soup and lava egg.

So, why not make your move now to Hana Dining where you can enjoy the best of Japanese delights all here.
