Legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire returns to his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Pierre at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong from 24 to 29 October 2018 to unveil an exclusive Autumn-inspired tasting menu.
Using only the season’s finest and most elusive ingredients, Chef Gagnaire together with Jacky Tauvry, Chef de Cuisine of Pierre, will showcase their extraordinary talent with a seven-course menu. Dishes to highlight include Terrine of Ceps, Chicory, Foie Gras, Autumn Chutney; David Hervé Oysters, Dog Cockles, Bouchot Mussels; Obsiblue Gambas Carpaccio, Grated Parmesan; Line-caught Seabass Filet Poached in Clarified Butter, Glazed with Apple Cider and Ponzu Caramel; and Farm-raised Chicken Breast Shimizu.
Chef Gagnaire will be present for both the lunch and dinner service throughout the promotional period while the special tasting menu will be available until 30 November 2018.
