Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong has unveiled the Ganbanyoku Oasis package to celebrate being the city’s first hotel to offer Ganbanyoku hot stone therapy in its Spa.
This package provides guests with a 3-hour Eastern Experience journey in a private couple’s Spa suite, incorporating Ganbanyoku therapy, and luxurious accommodation from which to explore the surrounding Central neighbourhood. Additional benefits include priority reservations for the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, use of the indoor swimming pool with underwater sound system and a personal training session in the state-of-the-art gym.
Ganbanyoku, is the renowned Japanese hot stone therapy using tenshoh seki, which is natural lava rock, heated to just over 44˚C. During their Spa journey, guests recline on the Ganbanyoku bed, which radiates far-infrared rays and emits negative ions to penetrate deep beneath the skin’s surface, rebalancing the body’s equilibrium. This is followed by the Sakura or Yuzu-infused anti-oxidant soothing rinse, Azuki Bean Scrub, and Chinese Meridian massage.
The Ganbanyoku Oasis is priced from HKD 5,875 for a minimum stay of two nights and includes:
Accommodation in a City View Room
A 3-hour Eastern Experience spa programme each at The Mandarin Spa
A 60-minute personal training session at the Fitness Centre
Daily breakfast at Clipper Lounge or Café Causette
Rates quoted are based on double occupancy, subject to availability, per room per night, available until 30 September 2018 and a 10% service applies. The Eastern Experience spa programme is also available to non-hotel guests at HKD 6,750 on weekdays and HKD 7,560 on weekends per couple, also subject to 10% service charge.
