39 ALIYAA , BUKIT DAMANSARA (INVITED REVIEW)

Ever heard of ALiYaa? ALiYaa is another place for delicious authentic Sri Lankan food which is located in the residential area at Bukit Damansara. The restaurant is just a few blocks away from Aria which is serving Italian Cuisine. ALiYaa means ‘elephant’ in Singhalese which it symbolises the beauty of culinary globalisation amidst a lush backdrop of modern day eating fuelled by a constant conveyor belt of comestibles..

We started off our meal with some appetizers. The Fish Cutlet which is being prepared is one of the Sri Lankan delights and it is one of the favorite in parties. They are excellent appetizer where Meats are steamed into a paste of mixed flavour and spices, then breaded with toasted flakes. The texture is of the cutlet is juicy in the inside and crispy in the outside and it is well eaten with the sauces provided or their special sauce
