FANG XIANG BAK KUT TEH, SETIA ALAM ( INVITED REVIEW)

Fang Xiang Bak Kut Teh is yet another unique Bak Kut Teh which is located in Setia Alam. The restaurant had just opened around a month ago. It makes me a suprise where the young hard working girl, Syvonne Fang had ventured into this new food business with such dedication, overlooking from the raw ingredients till the finish cooked product.
The restaurant is serving large variety choices of portion of the pig from the bones till the intestine. There are large variety of food from the whole menu like stomach, sau yok, fei yok, 3 layer pork, rib and more. Aside, it is served in small bowl and is HOT not only for a minute but about 10-15 boiling bak kut teh. The concept is more to braised bak kut teh rather than those we had in big Claypot and soup. Its special.
