ONE CHEF (玩味小厨), JAYA ONE
One Chef (玩味小厨) is another option for lunch in Jaya One. The restaurant is located at the same row as Share Tea and they do serves a variety choices of food in their line. They do serve chinese, and western too. Strawberry Gal came for lunch with colleague and does not have DSLR on hand. As so, had used the little phone camera to capture the food she had.

Something special n our line is the Happiness Fish Fillet with Strawberry Sauce where the dory fish is being deep fried and added with their sweet and soury strawberry sauce on it. This is indeed special style of cooking and the overall taste is also quite good. It uis served together with an egg with it. The set comes with an ice lemon tea with it.

We also ordered the Butter Sauce With Fish Fillet where the fish fillet is being deep fried till crunchiness and added with the butter sauce and the Indian leaf on top. The texture overall is good and it is crunchy as well for the fish.. The set is being served with rice, soup as well as some small salad with it.

GAO REN GUAN (高人馆), JAYA ONE (INVITED REVIEW)

Gao Ren Guan (高人馆) is one of the famous and well known restarurant in Klang Valley. The restaurant is having a few branches which include Puchong, Jaya One and Subang as well. This restaurant serves typical Gao Zhou (高州) dishes, where the name is originated from one of the place is Gao Zhou, which is near Guang Dong China.

The restaurant is well decorated with the high class and pleasent feel which I love the way it is decorated. Upon entering, you would be greeted by a stretch of food wall, picturing their delicious looking specialties on the wall like a huge menu.The restaurant do serves some of their family’s own recipes which are heritaged from Mr Loong’s late grandfather and mother. The restaurant aims to build a plae for the guest to feel at home where they emphasize on the simple ingridients as well as the cooking style of Gao Zhou which lets the customer to taste the flavors of the food there.

TACOS DAY AT FRONTERA THE SOL OF MEXICO, JAYA ONE (INVITED REVIEW)

Is Tacos Day! Frontera the SOL of Mexico is a place not be missed in Jaya One. The restaurant serves the authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant is located just opposite Brussels and it is painted in orange. We are having the Tacos meal today and let’s go for Mexican time.
Today we are having a variety of tacos which includes the Diablo Prawn, Frontera Chicken, Frontera Beef, Tofu Guacamole and so many more. The tacos are being served in 2 styles of wrapping, it's either you choose the tortilla chips crispy wrapping or the more conventional softer flour type.

We had a variety tacos that day which is really nice and delighting. Here comes our first round where we ad the tortilla chips crispy wrapping. We ordered 3 types of it
- The Frontera Chicken where it is prepared who the Shredded Chicken, Red & Green Capsicum, Onion, Jack Cheese, and Ranchero Sauce.
- Ranchero Chicken which is served with the shredded chicken, red and green capsicum, onion, jack cheese, and Ranchero Sauce
- Grilled Vegetables where the ingridients include mushroom, red and green capsicum, onion, cheddar and jack cheese, and
DUCK KING, JAYA ONE
Have you heard of Duck King? I had come over to this restaurant which is located in Jaya One and the restaurant is usually packed during lunch hours and as so, we visited the restaurant in the evening this round and they have ample of place for us to sit down and had our dinner there. The setup of the restaurant was plain but elegant, furnished in brown polished wooden furniture

This round we went for a try for the Duck & chicken Noodles. The noodle is nice and the taste is quite good as well. As for the chicken, they served with braised chicken and is slightly salty.

We also ordered siew yok duck rice which is the combination of roasted pork with the braised chicken. The roasted pork is kinda below par perhaps is late the quality of the pork are left too long.

MARUFUKU, JAYA ONE

Have you heard of Marufuku? The restaurant features a simple design with a Japanese feel. This udon specialty shop offers a casual Japanese dining experience for as low as RM6. A serving of udon comes in either a cold or hot broth. Signature dishes include the House Special Udon, Original Soup Udon, Chili Udon and other special sauce udons like Sesame Salada Udon and Karee Udon.
This time our visit there we ordered the udons as it is their specialties there

Kitsune Udon which is served with an option of cold or hot soup , in a fish based broth and topped with aburaage ( sweetened fried tofu), green vegetables and chopped spring onions. The meal is recommended eaten with a sprinkling of shicimi powder.
