Secret Recipe is nothing special to talk about. I supposed many had known about their speciality which is their cakes. We had also visited the Secret Recipe in Teluk Intan which can consider one of the high-class place there.

We ordered the chicken satay which comes with 6 sticks of chicken satay and served with slice onions and cucumber with it. The satay meat is kinda tender and there is no fats in between which I can say is called healthy satay compared to those at the roadside. It is also served with the peanut sauce as well.

A new coffeeshop had opened and it serves a delighting stir fried. This round, we are going for food in the new coffeeshop. The coffeeshop is located at Bandar Baru of Teluk Intan town which is the same shop of OK Tuck Yong Tau Fu situated.

Mongolian Chicken is where the chicken meat is well deep fried and served with the mongolian special sauce. The chicken meat is tender adn the taste is slightly soury.

Just a few lanes after the famous SUN YUAN LOONG restaurant, there goes another coffeeshop where we take the taste of the well known Apam Balik. When i think of Apam Balik, I am thinking of those thin one where a lot of Indian stalls are selling but this looks different.

The stalls is having a nice apam balik with generous of ingridients. What I love the most is the generous amount of grinded groundnuts and sweet corn paste. It is served hot and the food is really delicious.

FOH SAN (富山) RESTAURANT, IPOH

Foh San (富山) Restaurant is the most popular Dim Sum maker in Ipoh. It is a must to go when you head to Ipoh. The restaurant is usually packed during the weekends and especially public holiday. Waiting time for a seat is also kinda long where we waited about 10-15 minutes to get a sitting place in the restaurant.

DUNG KU DING , IPOH

Dung Ku Ding is another place for having hawkers delight in Ipoh. The place is usually packed at night and also you can find various stalls selling hawker food. What is a MUST to have there? For me, I love the Man Tau Loong and Ikan Panggang there which is a MUST wghen I am there.

Man Tau Loong is a dessert not to miss here. It is actually jelly with blended ice added with lemon on it. The taste is sweet soury taste.
