THE CAPE, PULAU TIKUS
The Cape Cafe located in Pulau Tikus had attracted me to visit during my visit back to Penang. The restaurant is located at the junction of Burma Road and Cantonment Road.
Here, the menu offers a variety of dishes from chicken, fish as well as pork. The restaurant is well decorated and it serves lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. It offers healthy dishes cooked with chicken, pork, fish and seafood.
The dishes were similar to home-cooked dishes yet having its unique way of presentation. Its specialty is steamed rice with dishes served in bamboo. The steamed rice in the bamboo comes with a selection of toppings, including chicken, salted meat, scallop abalone & sesame fish. As so, we ordered 4 sets which comes with a jelly as well as a bowl of soup.

Village Wine Chicken Bamboo Steamed Rice is where the rice is steamed and the chicken. The taste is very nice as it is full of the chinese wine taste.

Loh Mee & Lo Bak @ Greenhouse , Jalan Burmah
Back to Penang late night and it seems like there is not much hawker food unless back to town to grab a bite of it. It has been years I had not been there for my supper. It has been a lot of yummy Loh Mee coming up and claims for the delicious one. For the one in Green house, many said the taste is nice and delighting..but as for the service wise is really bad. I really get fed up as there is no response when i ordered. And when i repeat again, gosh.. i get a scolding from the owner. Wat is this services? we pay money for the food and yet we get scolding. Aside of its services, the food taste is not bad and delighting. As for price, it is quite expensive
Other than that, I ordered a bit of loh bak which is Penang Specialist where the minced pork and being wrap with soya slices and being fried. The lo bak was very nice as well as the prawn crackers. But it is expensive lo

Penang Asam laksa @ BT Food Court, Jalan Burmah, Penang
Penang is a delighting moment for me to taste the oishi food of Penang which I missed a lot. One of the most VIF ( Very Important Food) which need to chuck to my mouth is Asam laksa which I think is the most important food to have when I am back to Penang.
This asam laksa is not bad.. except is too sour for me is located at the BT food court and the taste is very not bad. They put a lot of little chilly which make it very spicy … and sour. I love them so so much ..as I think no matter which nice stall in my mouth will be oishi .. cause I really miss Penang food ma. Haha.
