Dim Sum & Laksa, Padang Brown

Went to Padang Brown again and is time for the dim sum. This stretch of stalls are not the food court of the usual Padang Brown which facing Jalan Anson but the place is just opposite the Esso Petrol Station and is facing Jalan Dato Keramat

Hawker Delights @ Padang Food Court.

Padang Brown as we know is famous for a variety of hawker food from dim sum, yong tau fu, popiah and many more. There is actually 2 parts of the local food here where one side is famous for the pasembur which is facing Jalan Anson.

As for this time, we went for the near Jalan Datuk Keramat which is nearby the ESSO petrol station. Dear love the dim sim the most where he says that the fish ball is very nice and delighting. What is nice there inclusive of the Penang MOST famous food which is the Penang Asam Laksa

The Penang Laksa not too sour and they have a lot of fishes and the laksa is simply delighting. The laksa has a lot of ingredients and is simply delighting. You can choose to have a large one or a small one as well. The taste is simply nice and delighting which I really love them a lot.

Other than that, we also tried the Malay Style popiah. It is not much a different except the ingredients is being fried before it was being wrapped by the popiah skin. Other than that, the malay popiah is a bit dried comparable.

Pasembur, Popiah and Yong Tau Fu @ Padang Brown, Penang

Padang Brown is another place for hawker delights in Penang. You can find quite a number of popular secrets food which is nice and tempating in there..and this time without any hesitation, I brought dear there to taste the local yummy delicious food..

Pasembur, Popiah and Yong Tau Fu @ Padang Brown, Penang

The place I can say is not a big restaurant where you can expect but it is a small little place of food corner. And the place is kinda hot as well.. as there is no aircond there.. so if you are bearable of the hot weather then is not a prob.

Pasembur, Popiah and Yong Tau Fu @ Padang Brown, Penang

We ordered a few specialties .. one of it is the famous popiah. The popiah here is very famous and you need to wait a while to have them.. So, you should try it. It is not much different from any usual popiah.. but maybe due to the fresh ingredients and the way they wrap it makes it taste even nicer.

Besides Popiah, another most wanted famous is also the yong tau fu. I can say the queue for the yong tau fu is extreme long and we have to wait a long time to purchase them and most of it is self service. SO, can u imagine how good business. I can say the yong tau fu here is real nice and much recommended.
