Looking for cheap and delicious Chu Cha? I used to visit the restaurant always when I am a kid and after so long I stepped back again to try their Chu Char there to fill up your hungry tummy without burning a big whole in the pocket.
Their signature dish for the chu char is the Asam Curry Fish Head. This is where the serving of the fish head is kinda big size and the soup is furnished with lots of bunga kantan, onions as well as mint leaves. The Asam Fish Head here is slightly special where the cooking style of the curry are more on the soury spicy taste rather than the lemak taste of it.

The Belachan Chicken is another dish we had ordered. The belachan chicken is being deep fried till crispiness and it is full of the belachan taste with it too. They usually choose drumlet and chicken wings to fried the belachan chicken here.

NYONYA CURRY MEE AYER ITAM
Love Curry Mee? Here is another style of curry mee you may find in Air Itam. The Curry mee is one of the delighting curry mee which is a new style where it is hardly being found in other places. The curry mee here is not some a like curry mee from other places but the curry mee here is simply amazing
You may have an add-on for your curry mee and the food here comes with fresh prawns, and others. A normal bowl of curry mee with simply yummy taste is just RM 3.50. You can have a add on of chicken and others for a more.. a yummy delighting one and my love curry mee. The curry mee is more added with coconut milk compare with others. The taste is a bit different from the original curry mee and it is simply tastier than that.

Biskut Tambun Sambal Udang
Recommended by my colleague or a gift from him- Biskut Tambun Sambal Udang. Heard of it? Is my first time tasting it and the taste is nice. Its a it different as it is not that sweet on the filling since is not make from tau sah. The taste is a bit salty as well as is a bit spicy. Is kinda a new flavor and a new trial if you like to have something different.

Nyonya Curry Mee @ Air Itam, Penang
Nyonya Curry Mee in Penang had been my favorite since I am a kid. This stall had marked to be my favorite and everytime I back to Penang , this will be a MUST for me. This stall is located along Jalan Pasar and they served a nice and delighting Nyonya Curry Mee. The stall itself is just below a big tree and is just opposite the market
Here you can see how professional served the curry mee to customer. The curry mee itself has the range of price from RM2.50 up to RM 6.00 where you can choose what are the ingredient you prefer to add on. As for the add on, there are choices of chicken, filament stick, prawns and more.. and price will increased for what that you had ordered.
So, as for this time, I ordered the delicious ka liew curry mee which is RM 6 per bowl and I ask for a add on for the nyonya chicken as well. The curry mee is served hot which 3-4 prawns as well as tau kua, and some cuttle fish as well. The meal is indeed delighting and the special things is the curry mee is added with some bunga kantan and a bit of lime.
As for the curry chicken, the sauce is extremely thick where there is a large amount of coconut added to cook the chicken. This make it even nice and oishi
What I can say is the breakfast in this stall is making my tummy too full and yet yummy.. I wan to go for one next time back Penang.

Nyonya kuih @ Air Itam Market
Nyonya Kuih is widely being sold in Penang where you can get all types of kuih in cheap price and it’s delicious. Whenever I back Penang, I will be drolling finding for kuih as is taste nicer than in KL and is much more cheaper.
The nyonya kuih which is located in Air Itam is extremely nice and the ingredient is a lot as well as varieties . TRY IT and you will love it!!
