Within a mere twenty years, the upstart steakhouse on Henderson street, Tampa has grown into over 1000 -restaurant strong international chain spanning 23 countries in America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. The restaurant brings me to a friendly, casual ambiance and takes in the contemporary décor, a celebration of original Australian art.

We started our meal with some light taste buds where we are served with the Outback Nachos. The outback Nachos is being served with the crisoy corn tortilla chop which is topped with the melted cheese sauce, sautéed lean ground beef, diced tomatoes, olives, jalapenos and sour cream. The portion is simply generous and it is good to share in a big group.

Housing one of the best hidden secrets of Japanese cuisine, Mikan Japanese restaurant has a team of 15 chefs led by Chef Machi who has 4 years’ experience trained under the renowned Chef Saito of Nadaman, Singapore. Chef Machi believes that good food doesn’t come at a high-price, but with the best ingredients he works with – a philosophy derived from the aim and goal to lead every patron to a new culinary experience, promising a lavish gastronomic experience. We are being served with the Omakase style of having our dinner. The word "Omakase" in Japanese means “I'll leave it to you". This the expression is used at sushi restaurants to leave the selection to the chef.

We started our meal with the Salmon Skin Salad which is really authentic and good. The salmon skin is well done with crispiness as well as the fresh salad to come with it. The salad was well furnished with sweet bites of cherry tomato with it.

Ever heard of FLAM’s ? FLAM’s is a place where you can enjoy the the luxurious ambience and an exhaustive wine list make Flam’s an exquisite choice to taste a few vintages. It’s not just a place to drink but they do serves nice pizza’s as well. FLAM’s is a place not only for drink but it also caters delicious food too. We are happy to be invited for a review in the restaurants where they have serves us with their authentic pizza. Unlike the Italian Pizza, Flam's is made with a thin bread pastry topped with fresh ingredients with no tomato base. Instead, its tomato base is replaced with a mixture of creams and has a prep time of up to 10 minutes, making FLAM’S pizza unique.
