Mak Siu Kee Traditional Wonton Noodle (麥兆記) is a little store which I had visited during my trip in Hong Kong. The restaurant is nothing fancy to talk about. Antique tables and chairs with the menu below the glass on the table. There is nothing much exciting on the menu itself and we ordered the wantan noodles since it is rated in the Michelin standard.
Food arrived quite fast and the portion is not a big one. A small bowl of wantan noodles served with 3 juicy huge wantan hidden beneath the noodles itself. The wantan is filled with huge prawns and minced pork with it. It is being drenched with the clear soup and top on top is the springy noodles. The soup is filled with flavors and the taste is a good one.
We also tried the Sui Kao Wantan Noodles too. The sui kao brings us with the more meaty ingridients with scrumptious prawns meat in it. With the ingridients added into the sui kao, the taste is amazingly good and delicious.
