Disappointed Meal @ Tappan Yaki, Food Republic (PAVILION)
This is my bad experience of food.. Perhaps is it I am not lucky enough or the food quality here is already down graded? This time, we went for a try at Tappanyaki located in Pavillion. The shop is located at the LG of the building which is at the Pavillion Food Republic. The food here is consider high class food where many nice and yummy food outlet open here.
This time, we enters the door of the Tappanyaki which many claims to be one of the best but we found outs the food really below par and give us a big disappointment. What we order?
I ordered the chicken chop set. The chicken chop set is really below par. The set serves with vege as well as bean sprouts (taugeh). Both the vege and bean sprouts is not fresh. When its serves, the taste does not taste nice and it looks like it is not fresh at all. And the chicken too. The chicken is not fresh and I ave a munch of it, it give me a mind that the food had already being keep overnight and serves us.
Dear ordered Squid with Garlic set. Since the vege and bean sprouts are from the same sauce. Not to say is simply unbareable taste. As for the squids, it is also a disappointment meal. Not fresh at all.
Overall I can say the meal here gave me a big disappointment. Perhaps am I not lucky enough or i had a bad day of meal?

A dine in Liittle Vietnam, Mid Valley
Little Vietnam is a place where you may find the delighting nice and yummy Vietnam food. A place which serves the authentic Vietnam choice. This time, i went with dear to grab the taste of Vietnamese food. This is my first time of trying the Vietnamese food.
According to dear, "pho" is one of the famous food from Vietnam. "Pho" a noodles with beef slices is what dear order. The noodles was nice and delighting. The overall taste is nice as reviewed by dear. The beef is well make and from my understanding, the cook is actually originated from Vietnam. So, dear give a thumb up on the meal.
As for me, i ordered the tomyam soup glass noodles. The taste is very spicy and taste wise is still ok. Just not to fresh on the seafood it self. The taste of it is still nice.
Lastly, we ordered a jug of lime tea which is a thumb up, The taste is kinda nice. The lime tea is quite souy

Yong Tau Fu at Tai Kar Rock, Ipoh
Tai Kar Rock in Ipoh is one of the famous Yong Tau Fu in town.Our plan to Fu San for dim sum had failed due to the parking availablility. At last we ended up to one of the shops along Ipoh for meal. Tai Kar Rock, we had spotted this shop as the shop simply having a lot of visitors.
The Yong Tau Fu here is simply amazing and the food there is nice and yummy. As for the food, the price is reasonable. Other than that, is is fresh and is yummy. Thats a nice one i can say. Other than the yong tau fu, the coffee is also yet delighting and nice. A yummy breakfast

Dessert Time in Dim pun Gor Gor, Kepong
We are going for Dim Pun Kor Kor again. This time, I brought my sister for a dessert there. The hong Kong style dessert had captured my sis eyes and with no other words, she quickly make her orders.
She ordered the signature dessert, Mango Cheong Fan . The mango Cheong Fan is actually made from soft taufufa wrapped with mango in the middle. The presentation is a bit like cheong fan but it is not. Taste is very nice and very smooth.. One word yummy.
Ethan order a Tau fu fah + Chi Ma Wu. The taste to combine both is kinda weird but if you eat them separately, the taste is nice and delighting .. The combination taste of it does not really taste nice.
Another order is the Pumpkin Pudding which is quite nice. Taste wise is not bad as well. Is not too sweet and the taste of the Pudding is really full of pumpkin taste. If you are a pumpkin lover, you might fall in love with it.
Lastly I ordered the Mango Sago. A normal delights but for me is really yummy as both Mango and Sago are my favorite.

Jalan Alor Yau Tiao (KL POPULAR YAU TIAO SINCE 1984)
Jalan Alor Yau Tiao is one of the famous yummy yau tiao in KL. A place where you can find a nice yau tiao. The stall had been featured in The Star Street Food Guide for this food. A food not to be missed by everyone. Jalan Alor, one of the famous road for food is one of my choice for today.
The stall is opened by a old couple and the stall is located opposite KFC along the road to Jalan Alor. The little stall is opened about 3 pm and mostly it will sold out by 6 pm. You may see many people waiting for the delighting meal there as well.
We ordered them to get a try of this famous one. The yau tiao is freshly deep fried and it can say it is fresh from the oven to taste. The overall taste i can say is a pleasant one and an ichiban one to try.
