Meals @ Super Tanker Food Centre (美丽华饮食中心)
Super Tanker in Lip Sin is a place where you are able to grab the local food of Penang. This place is famous among the locals nearby. It is a big food court where you can find Malaysia local food here. This includes westerns, char koay teow, prawn mee and many more. If you are thinking of having an economic food, this is the choice.
The food-court is open daily and they are open in certain hours of the afternoon as well as night. The off day I am not too sure. Some famous one as well as the awarded for award food and being interviewed by Malaysia TV channel (TV8) HO CHAK! Includes the pan cakes as well as the fried oyster.
This time, we had the char koay kak which the taste is simply nice. Char Koay Kak is quite hard to be found now. I don really know if it is because the food is hard to prepare or other reason behind. But this stall of Koay Kak is not bad in taste.
The fried chicken stall is also one of the famous one here. You can smell the chicken smell when you walk pass through and the taste is simply delighting. It is always selling like hot cakes. If you wanna grab a taste, be quick..
Other than that, the steam chicken rice is always my favorite here. The chicken is well steamed and is nice. The meat is tender as well. I always love the chicken rice here even though the price is simply killing if you are comparing the food in Penang
Lastly dear ordered the fried oyster which is quite nice. The fried oyster is served with a big oyster and the portion is quite worth for the money. The fried oyster here is claim as one of the nicest in Penang.

Hawker Delights @ Padang Food Court.
Padang Brown as we know is famous for a variety of hawker food from dim sum, yong tau fu, popiah and many more. There is actually 2 parts of the local food here where one side is famous for the pasembur which is facing Jalan Anson.

The Penang Laksa not too sour and they have a lot of fishes and the laksa is simply delighting. The laksa has a lot of ingredients and is simply delighting. You can choose to have a large one or a small one as well. The taste is simply nice and delighting which I really love them a lot.

Other than that, we also tried the Malay Style popiah. It is not much a different except the ingredients is being fried before it was being wrapped by the popiah skin. Other than that, the malay popiah is a bit dried comparable.

Lastly, that’s our favorite which was the dim sum. The dim sum is absolute delicious and delighting where you can find hot and fresh dim sum served. The dim sum is extreme nice and yummy and I love the fish ball a lot where me and dear had been having to have it drastically and a lot .. the taste is real yummy which we took up to 5-6 plates.
Overall, the meal is here is cheap and nice. A good place recommended for afternoon snacks.

The Signature Wan Tan Mee @ Canton-I, 1-Utama
Canton-I is one of the most famous restaurant for its specialty Wan Tan Mee. The Wan Tan Mee here is selling like hot cakes. While waiting for food, I snap the cutlery set as well as the table equip with the beautiful tissue packets.
This time, me and dear simply went there just to try it extremely nice and delighting wan tan mee which is my love.
The wantan mee here is having big big prawns inside the wantan which really making me cannot resist top have more. The wantan after a bite of it will have the soup pinch out of my mouth which make it even delicious.
So, we ordered two plates of the wantan mee which one is the dry wantan mee and another is the soup wantan mee , one of each. Overall the wantan mee no matter is the dry one or the soup one is nice as well.
We also ordered the Egg Tart which the taste is really nice and delighting as well. The egg tart crust is really melts in the mouth wit the hot and just out from the oven taste is simply amazing and nice. The golden yellow egg tart really nice and it is worth for the money though it is a bit expensive. It is really a Truly Hong Kong Cuisine.
Lastly, I grab a bowl of tau fu fa as a dessert which is very nice as well. The tau fu fa is tender and nice as well as delighting.

Authentic La Mien @ One noodles, SS2
This is the first time i went to One Noodles Restaurant which is located at SS2. This restaurant is famous for the La Mien. The La Mien here is served with many flavors which they have those qing dang la mien ( clear soup la mien) and also those spicy and fried one. The la mien where this time we had is the shrimp wantan la mien while dear ordered the Golden Curry Seafood La Mien.
The service was excellent where they wished you when you walked into the restaurants. Then we are served with the menu and some starters. Not waiting too long, the la mien had been served.
I had ordered the Shrimp Wantan La Mien which is simply excellent. The shrimp wan tan is nice where they have about 5 of it. The wantan was big and the taste is superb . You can taste the nice shrimp taste while bite on the wan tan itself. the wantons were awesome with delicious filling made of minced prawn and pork
As for dear, he ordered the Golden Curry Seafood La Mien. The taste of the soup was not much a spicy but is quite nice. It comes with mussels, scallops and clams as well as prawns and also some squids as well. It is really a big big bowl of meal as the volume was quite a big size one. As taste wise is nice and delighting
Ending with a delighting dinner, we ordered the drinks where i ordered the HK Creamy Tea while dear ordered the Lemon Tea. It is indeed a full dinner and we ended walk out with tummies.
